This project was to analyze and improve SCAD's Jen Library which is the located in Savannah, Georgia. Contextual research included; floor plan analysis, interviews, shadowing, and observation of both students and employees. We used this information to find pain points in the current service of the Jen Library and to see where improvements could be made. We created two solutions a) an optimized solution which focused on practical, short term improvements and b) a transformation solution that allowed us to design from the ground up.
